It has come to our attention that some individuals have received calls where the caller falsely claims to be working for Safello. These calls typically involve a pre-recorded message mentioning a pending SEK transaction and requesting further verification.

Please be assured that these calls are not coming from Safello.

If you receive such a call, do not disclose any personal or financial information. Hang up immediately and report the incident to us. Your vigilance and cooperation are crucial in combating these scams.

We at Safello do not call our customers without first booking an appointment for a phone call. (To book an appointment with Safello's customer service, the customer must, for security reasons, be logged in and contact Safello's support via logged-in mode to book a time/day for a phone call.)

For more information or to report such calls, contact us directly at support@safello.com or by sending a message to our support via the app or our website.
