There are several different reasons why an order/transaction has been flagged for manual review.
As part of our customer due diligence efforts, we have internal procedures and processes that we follow. If an order/transaction has been flagged for manual review, we may request additional information in order to better understand the transaction or order and thus better understand its purpose.
At Safello, we also value the security of our customers, and part of that security work is to try to prevent our customers from being subjected to fraud.
In every case where an order/transaction has been flagged for manual review and has not been automatically processed, we will reach out and contact you as a customer if we need to request additional information.
