Most buy orders are traded automatically which means that your order gets exchanged as soon as we receive your payment. If you have typed in the wrong wallet address by mistake when placing a buy order and the order already has been exchanged it is unfortunately not possible for Safello to retrieve these funds for you.

We can see which wallet a transaction has been sent to once an order has been registered and approved by us, however, we can’t see who the owner of the wallet is.

Please make sure to double-check the address you have typed in so that your order gets sent out to the right wallet address.
