Some of the buy and sell orders that are placed need to be manually reviewed before Safello can proceed with the orders. In these cases, we need to come in contact with the customer that has placed the order.

If, after repeated attempts, we do not succeed in contacting you, we will refund the money to the same account that the payment was sent from no later than 3 days after the order was placed if the order was paid with Swish.

If the order was paid with Klarna or Bankgiro we need to see a bank statement that shows the transaction was made from your account. The following information also needs to be visible in the bank statement before a refund can be made:

  1. Name

  2. Clearing number

  3. Account number

  4. Bank logo
