If you wish to cancel your sell order (that has not already been traded to SEK), or if Safello can't proceed with your order, we will need to ask you to send a short video in order to send bitcoin back to you.

In this video, you will need to be logged in to the wallet that you used and show the transaction that you made to us. You can find this in your transaction history.

Please note that the address needs to be visible.

In the same video, you will also need to create an address. It is important that the address is clearly visible so that we can ensure that we send bitcoin to the correct wallet.
