What does the campaign involve? Safello is offering a time-limited promotion where customers who have completed at least one order in the last 12 months can buy and sell cryptocurrency with zero transaction fees. Please note that our standard spread applies to all orders throughout the campaign period.
Who has access to the campaign? The campaign is only available to customers who have completed at least one order in the last 12 months. The fact that you can read this article does not mean you have access to the campaign. You can check whether you are eligible by looking at the buy or sell flow in the app — if you are eligible, the campaign code ¨Safello - Zero Transaction fees¨ will appear automatically in the order flow.
How long does the campaign run? The campaign starts on 21 May at 10:00 and is active until 10:30, Friday 22 May.
Which orders are included? The campaign applies to both buy and sell orders within the following limits:

What if my order is below 500 SEK or above 100,000 SEK? Orders below 500 SEK or above 100,000 SEK are not covered by the campaign. Standard transaction fees apply to these orders.
Can I place an unlimited number of orders? Yes, there is no limit on the number of orders you can place, as long as the total amount does not exceed 100,000 SEK.
Why can't I see the campaign code in the app? If the campaign code is not displayed in the buy or sell flow before you confirm your order, you are not included in this campaign.
Is the offer applied automatically? Yes. If you are eligible for the campaign, zero transaction fees are applied automatically to your orders within the campaign terms. You do not need to do anything to activate the offer.
