Withdrawal fee
A withdrawal fee (per transaction) will be added when you send cryptocurrency from Safello to an external wallet or exchange. The minimum fees are listed here. The cost is presented to you before processing the transaction and it will be deducted automatically from the amount.
Once you've finalized the withdrawal the request will come through to us and your crypto will be sent to the wallet you used for the withdrawal. It usually takes up to 30 minutes before Safello sends your crypto. Once we have sent your crypto it can take anywhere from a few minutes to hours before you see them in your wallet, depending on the current congestion on the blockchain.
You can usually see the transaction once it has been confirmed in 2 blocks. Most modern wallets will have a feature that allows you to follow the transaction in real-time.
