We want to alert our customers to an ongoing phishing campaign where scammers are sending fake emails claiming that you have placed an order with us. The most recently reported cases have been linked to fake emails regarding orders via invoice/Klarna, a payment method we do not offer.

These messages may be designed to trick you into providing sensitive information or making payments.

How to recognize a fake email:

  • The email contains an "order confirmation" for an order you do not recognize or have placed with us. It’s possible you don’t even have an account with us at Safello.

  • The sender’s email address looks suspicious and does not come from our official domain.

  • You are asked to click a link or open an attachment, which may be an attempt to install malicious software on your device.

  • The message creates a sense of urgency, pressuring you to "confirm" an order or "update payment information."

What you should do:

  • Do not click on any links or attachments from suspicious emails.

  • Carefully check the sender’s email address. If it doesn’t match our official domain, it is likely a phishing attempt.

  • Contact us directly at support@safello.com if you are unsure whether an order or message is genuine.

  • Never share personal information or payment details via email.

Important to know:

  • All of our communications are sent through official channels. If you receive a message that seems to come from us but looks suspicious, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service for verification.
