If you have made a withdrawal and want to confirm that it is completed and has reached the recipient's wallet address, you can follow these steps:
Go to the "Wallet" tab.
Select "All Transactions" in the app or "Transactions" on the website.
Choose the transaction you sent, and see the "Order Status".
If the transaction is marked as "Completed", the recipient's wallet address has received the cryptocurrency you sent. ✅
💡 Tip! Every transaction completed on the blockchain from your Safello wallet, shows the address you sent it to, as well as the unique "Transaction ID" (also called Tx hash).
If you want, you can search for the transaction on the blockchain using a "Blockchain Explorer", such as Blockchair or Etherscan (depending on which cryptocurrency was sent). Use the wallet address or your transaction ID to find the transaction.
Please note that transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Once the transfer is completed, it cannot be undone or cancelled.
