Important! If you use Apple Pay as a payment method, the name of the cardholder must match the name of the Safello account.
Please ensure that you have filled in your entire first and last name and entered it correctly, i.e. no initials/nicknames or aliases.
To ensure that you have entered the correct information, please follow the steps below:
To find the information, you can open "Wallet and Apple Pay" via your phone.
Then click on the payment card you wish to pay with.
There you will find a tab "Billing address" or "Billing address name".
Make sure that your full first and last names are entered correctly.
