You can follow the status of your order by logging into your Safello account in the app or through our website. Under the "Orders" tab on the website, you can click on the order you wish to follow to see if your order has been exchanged and sent out to your wallet yet.

When a buy order is completed, the cryptocurrency is automatically sent to your Safello wallet and you can then see the holdings in your wallet.
