As a new user with us at Safello, you have a withdrawal limit of 6,000 SEK during your first week, for security reasons. Your limit will automatically disappear after one week has passed from the completion of your first buy order, and you will then be able to withdraw an unlimited amount.

You can also contact support for further assistance with potentially raising your withdrawal limit, please make sure your KYC form is filled out beforehand. Your KYC form can be found under the "Account" and "KYC" tabs.

Please note that the limit applies to new private customers.
